Camp Nejeda boasts a committed, skilled and fun staff, many of whom return year after year to be part of the Camp Nejeda experience. Background, certification and license checks are run on ALL staff and volunteers who work on the grounds during camp programs. Camp Nejeda is an equal-opportunity employer (see full statement at bottom of page).

Application Process

To join the ranks of our volunteer or paid staff:

Our volunteers help keep camp running smoothly. Use the volunteer interest form to lend us a hand throughout the year!

What do our volunteers do?

  • Represent Camp Nejeda at fairs and events

  • Pitch in at the Camp Store

  • Help us facilitate events like the Annual Walkathon, Open House, and weekend programs

  • Transport campers to and from camp

  • Greet families on Intake days

  • And so much more!


Staff Forms

EMPLOYMENT FORMS & DOCUMENTATION CHECKLISTS: Once selected to work or volunteer at Camp Nejeda, you need to complete the following forms and submit them along with required documentation to the Camp Nejeda Foundation ASAP. All documents must be received PRIOR to your arrival at camp to work.  ***All of these forms may be downloaded and submitted through our staff application website - you must apply to be a staff member before uploading paperwork.***

The deadline for Summer employment forms is January 31st (licenses/certifications must be submitted by April 1st).
